Ariasorbate 20 is a surfactant which is used as an emulsifier and moisturizer ( wetting agent ). In food industry this substance is used in a various range of products like in salad dressings and different types of sauces, flavores, edible oils, cake batter and also as dairy substitute , Chocolate syrup, confectionery, cacao products , mineral oils and wax.
Property
It’s a nonionic emulsifier surfactant which its stability and relative nontoxicity allows it to be used as a solvent in a number of cosmetic and beauty products.
