Other usage includes in paper industry , anti- freezing chemicals , Resin industry (alkyd resin) and dyeing and military (Glycerin is used in the preparation of nitro glycerin, which is an essential ingredient in explosives.
Property
Glycerin (C3H803), also known as glycerol, is an odorless, colorless, oily, viscous liquid that has a sweet taste. Which is obtained by purifying and condensation crude glycerin from the hydrolysis of vegetable oils, and is a completely natural substance and all relevant qualitative and quantitative properties, conform to international standards .
